Cancellation Policy – Users



1) CANCELLING BEFORE RESTAURANT CONFIRMS THE ORDER: - If you cancel before restaurant confirms the order, you will receive a full refund.

2) CANCELLING AFTER RESTAURANT CONFIRMS THE ORDER AND BEFORE THE RESTAURANT MARK “IN THE KITCHEN”: - If you cancel after restaurant confirms the order and before restaurant marks the order “In the Kitchen”, you will receive a partial refund.

3) CANCELLING AFTER RESTAURANT MARKS THE ORDER “IN THE KITCHEN” AND BEFORE RESTAURANT MARKS ORDER “READY FOR PICK UP”: - If you cancel after restaurant marks the order “In the Kitchen” and before restaurant marks order “Ready for Pick Up”, you will receive a partial refund.

4) CANCELLING AFTER RESTAURANT MARKS THE ORDER “READY FOR PICK UP”: - If you cancel the order after restaurant marks order “Ready for Pick Up”, you will not receive a refund.
